Fintech: Journal of Islamic Finance provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge, particularly in the fields of Islamic finance and financial technology. This journal adopts an open access model in line with the principles promoted by the Budapest Open Access Initiative, ensuring that all published articles are freely accessible without subscription or payment barriers.

1. Access and Use All articles published in this journal are available online and can be accessed, read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, and used for lawful purposes without financial, legal, or technical barriers, provided that proper attribution is given to the original authors.

2. Licensing Policy The journal applies the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, as long as the original work is properly cited. This license is administered by Creative Commons.

3. Author Rights Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. Authors are also permitted to: Share their published articles on personal or institutional repositories; Distribute their work for academic and non-commercial purposes; Use their articles in teaching, presentations, and further research.
