Abstract

To make learning more efficient, one way is to meet infrastructure needs. Infrastructure management is an activity of arranging facilities to carry out teaching activities in an educational institution. The purpose of this observation is to get to know the management of existing infrastructure at MI Unggulan Manna Was Salwa. In this research, a qualitative strategy was used which included observation, interviews and collecting documentation. Based on the results of observations, in infrastructure management there are several stages, including the planning stage, procurement stage, maintenance stage, investment stage and write-off stage.
